The British boxer is set to fight the American YouTuber in an eight round contest which will be shown in real-time on Netflix.
British boxer Anthony Joshua said he will "overwhelm entirely" Jake Paul and "break" his opponent as the pair met personally to build hype for next month's boxing match.
Former two-time unified title holder Anthony Joshua faces social media star turned fighter Paul - in what is, by the numbers, a mammoth disparity - at Miami arena on December 19th.
Fighter's Attitude
"I will break his face and hurt his body. I aim to demonstrate my superiority," the British boxer, 35 years old, said.
"I plan to overwhelm him. That's how fighters think.
"I'm going to seriously aim to hurt him. That's my intention."
Civil Interaction
Despite such comments, a calm Anthony Joshua and internet personality Paul - normally famous for his dramatics - shared friendly words and maintained decorum with each other.
Paul rather criticized ex Joshua opponent Francis Ngannou and called him "ridiculous" after the Cameroonian rejected a fight offer.
Targeting Fury
Anthony Joshua, at the same time, targeted British opponent Tyson Fury - and declined a large bet 'Tyson Fury' states he will put on a victory for Paul.
"Jake Paul is better than Fury - he's present here," Joshua commented.
"I respect him for that."
Serious Opponent
In spite of declaring he will hurt Jake Paul, Anthony Joshua chose not to speak negatively about his opponent's fighting skills.
"Jake Paul is a legitimate boxer," he remarked.
Jake Paul's Background
Paul - who originally gained popularity on the television network - has mostly boxed MMA fighters or declining opponents since turning professional.
He was defeated by British fighter Fury in last year.
Financial Success
Nevertheless, the novice is still one of boxing's greatest financial successes, frequently receiving substantial paydays.
Forecast and Confidence
The 28-year-old predicted a knockout win in round four or five and claimed he would derail the highly-expected Fury-Joshua bout, which is allegedly under discussion for two years from now.
"The next fight will be my match with Fury in the coming year," Paul said.
Size Difference
As the two fighters participated in the usual face-off, with their size difference on show, it highlighted just how surprising this entire matchup is - and how astonishing it is that the match is really proceeding.
